Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Information

To access our consulting services, we accept a consultancy pass fee of $369. This fee allows us to understand your problem or question and prepare a solution outline. After seven days, we will present how the problem or question will be resolved, including the method and timeframe. To reach this solution, additional questions may be required, which could involve providing extra information.

We also outline the final fee for our consulting services, which is to be paid in milestones. Payments are made on a weekly basis, and any questions or problems are addressed within a minimum of thirty days, according to the agreed terms.

Upon receiving weekly payments, we do not deliver the service immediately but will inform you of the progress. Once the work is complete, we will provide a service report and a seven-day consulting period to ensure there are no issues. If there are any issues, you can notify us within seven days.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for our consulting services are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service is not delivered within the specified timeframe.

  • Quality Issues: If there are significant quality issues with the service that are not resolved within a reasonable time.

  • Duplicate Payment: If multiple payments were made for the same service.

3. Non-Refundable Status

The consultancy pass fee ($369) paid for understanding the problem or question and preparing the solution is non-refundable. This fee is not returned regardless of whether you are satisfied with the final outcome of the service. It is used for the initial analysis and solution planning and is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of the purchase date, contact us via email or phone with the following details:

    • Email Address

    • Purchase Date

    • Reason for Refund Request

  2. Review: We will review your request and may ask for additional information or clarification.

  3. Approval: If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the service has been provided.

  • Partial Completion: If the service is partially completed and you decide to cancel.

  • Service Misuse: If the service is misused or if the provided guidelines are not followed.

6. Returns Policy

As our services are digital and/or consultancy-based, no physical products can be returned. However, if you find any issues or errors with the provided service, please contact us so that we can address the matter.

7. Commitment to Service

We are committed to ensuring that consulting information is never leaked and remains secure. We use secure communication channels to ensure confidentiality, and information will be promptly removed upon request. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our consulting services, and we strive to resolve any issues within the stipulated timeframe. If, despite our efforts, you are not satisfied, you can receive a 50% refund of the consultancy fee, provided that our resources have been utilized. Note that the initial consultancy pass fee is non-refundable as our service is explanation-based.
